I saw Travis Reier through this out there on another board but what about Phillip Pearson as an assistant? Obviously he has extensive ties to Alabama and the southeast in general and he's currently looking for a job after Mercer let their coach go.

Interesting from last year's presser with Oats on how he recruits to Buffalo. He made it clear they sold their style of play - love it.
