Real quick question about Coleman

Last time I went was in 2021 and I used visiting player/family guest tickets. We walked from the main coleman parking lot into the big main atrium area and there was a little room on the left I walked in and picked up the tickets. This was during covid though so not sure if that was normal procedure or not.
For Saturday I'm again using player/family guest tickets and was told to look for that specific gate. Is there an actual gate/entrance I need to look for, or is the same as last time where I go in the main entrance and ask an usher there?

FYI, it's called the C.M. Newton room.
As Funky stated, go up the steps into the main entrance.
Your recollection is correct, in that it's inside and to the left (the regular Will Call is also inside, but to the right).
