Bunch of us are going to get a bus from Atlanta. Few questions:
1. Think Kentucky game will be fun or should we wait (and pay) extra for A & M?
2. Anyone recommend a bus company with good service and nice coach buses?
3. Thinking of arriving five hours before game, thoughts?
Thanks!

1. I guess it depends on if you want to watch a likely blowout(Kentucky) or a closer game(A&M) A&M tickets will be more expensive, though Kentucky is HOmecoming and can sometimes be a tough ticket.
2. No experience with this.
3. With a bus, would y'all have tailgating supplies? Meeting someone with a tailgate? Would y'all just post up at a bar for 5 hours? I think getting there 5 hours early for an 11AM kick would be awful, but would be ablast for a 6PM kick. 2:30 kick would be fun as well.

1. I think both of those games will be good atmospheres so either one is a good choice. Kentucky won't put up a challenge but it'll be homecoming against an SEC school so that'll be fun.
2. No experience with that
3. If u arrive 5 hours early, u could always go eat, tailgate, go in the Bryant museum, walk around the campus, and then pass time until the stadium opens an hour or two before the game.

1. As stated UK is HC and HC even against a non SEC nobody can by pricey just b/C. If A & M continues to shine that ticket is going to be real pricy.
2. How many people are you talking about bringing? Here is one to check out Buckhead Coach. If not a whole bunch of people might look at renting a motorhome with a driver.
3. For a 12 CDT game this would be a bit early, unless it was HC and you wanted to catch the parade. However as another posted said for a 2:30 or later game it would be OK

It's going to be 30+ of us, and we're bringing tailgating goodies. We should be able to hit A&M on budget, so that's the game. I'll get a quote from Buckhead Coach, but want multiple quotes so other recs appreciated, else I'll try good ole google. Thanks!

Hope you really, really, really like "Sweet Home Alabama." It's like it is on freakin' repeat on game day. Every red neck thinks he's super original blasting that song at their tailgate. Barf.

Kentucky game will still be fun, especially since it's Homecoming. Plus you won't have to worry about a potential loss ruining the experience.
If it's your first time coming to a game, you will have a blast regardless of opponent. I still remember seeing it all for the first time as a little boy, and that was a game against North Texas.

They'll both be fun. Kentucky will be a blowout but it's also probably going to start late afternoon or at night. Texas A&M game will almost certainly be at 2:30
Ole miss vs LSU and Arkansas vs Auburn are the other big games that day. If you're leaving right after the game on the same bus, then I'd wanna get my money's worth of the atmosphere and go to the later game.

Only way to do it for a later game. I'd even go as far as saying get to Tuscaloosa around 11 if we kick off at 6:45. Y'all can post up somewhere, eat, drink, and watch the other games. Georgia vs Tennessee will be the CBS game when we play Kentucky, Mizzou and LSU will either be the early game or they'll kickoff around the same time as us.

First quote was for over $3000, more than expected :-(.

Anyone ever take rally bus? Any good? Looks like we could do it cheaper and not have to put down a deposit: LINK
