No not connected but one shows public embarrassment for the University and the other shows poor prep which leads to confusion on the offense

Ah, got ya.

Yea, when we had the 2nd play in which Hurts and Bozeman let the playclock run out in confusing fashion, I was really really perplexed. I honestly can't remember seeing that happen that dramatically in years.

That sort of sloppy stuff just doesn't happen with us. Ever.

That was my first thought, several places where the play clock ran out and or the play seemed to be busted. Something just wasn't right. Hurts did make a few bad plays but there were quite a few I could tell were playcalling.

I was shocked at how.......just totally out of sync we looked. I mean, everyone around us had the same "WTF is going on?" comments. Nothing looked clean, nothing looked easy, everything looked confused.

And who knows, maybe it will be like that Monday with Sark. But it can't be worse.

Just from what I've seen from Sark it will be better. He has been studying Clemson and osu since the SEC CG. He will be ready.

Someone deserved to be fired after that shitshow performance by the offense Saturday. Worst playcalling I have seen since 2006.

Saban should have parted ways with Kiffin after the SEC Championship Game. After two years in a row with problems with coordinators taking other jobs and not giving Bama 100%, you can bet the next time it happens they won't stay for the playoffs.

O hell yes! I think Lane got too big for his britches and it turned into a battle of egos and there is no doubt who was going to win that battle.

Disappointing it's come down to this. Love Kiffin or hate him, he has played an important part the last two years. He took Bama's offense to a new level.

Another question though: Did Lane Kiffin really want out at Bama this year because he hated his job or because he wanted a HC job (like any other coach would want)?

I mean Saban essentially saved Kiffin's career, I'm sure he taught him a lot.

I think we're in for a surprise though (in a good way) with Sark. He may completely change Bama's offensive tendencies and throw Clemson off.
