Question about Grubb

Don't mind my username, we are big Alabama fans and my son goes to school there. We are gutted after that loss and my husband who has been trying to be a Grubb supporter finally had it today. What he doesn't understand is why things take so long to get a play off, the slow developing running plays, the lack of slants across the middle, etc. I can't believe that Deboer and/or Grubb can't figure this out and put some freaking urgency out there and make adjustments....can't Deboer override Grubb?? Ugh. I'm just venting and also was thinking also we are emotionally spent from last week.
