Quad Tailgating Food Question

Does anyone remember the food truck that was set up on the quad in the early 2000s (maybe earlier) that basically only had a ribeye sandwich and a chicken sandwich.

You would get a sandwich, a bag of chips, and canned coke for like $10 or $15. Was just curious if anyone knew what happened to them and if they had a restaurant or anything. Those sandwiches were great.
