You're likely right. I think that was based on a quote from his High School coach. But the 11.4 was during a track meet when he was a High School sophomore, so that may explain why it's not as fast as expected. His 40 yd times listed in various internet sources ranged from 4.35 to 4.54. If I had to guess, he probably runs about a 4.45, which is still pretty fast.
