OK so if Paul Bryant Jr. decides “I’m done with this” and stops writing checks to our athletic department, that’s going to influence the federal courts to reverse the decisions that have unleashed this new world? Please.

The federal courts are driving this car. Not the NCAA, not the donors, not the schools, not the coaches and not the fans.

Eventually this will sort itself out and we will reach an equilibrium and move forward, but there is no going back to players getting only scholarships as their share of the pie and having little level of freedom of movement.

The fix is contractual. They willingly agree to stay so long or they forfeit money. It’s that simple.

100K stadiums half empty and low TV numbers will fix it faster than anything else but fans have to be willing to sit home, watch I love Lucy reruns, and not spend $ on a shitty product.

I love BAMA but I can go fishing to make the point. And it's not just winning or losing. I can tell whose playing with heart and whose going through the motions.

ROI

who is going to pay for all the new facilities to impress these same players and pay them as well?

That new BB arena gets further and further away.
