If he is cutting bait with the old staff, I guess we are about to see the recruiting prowess of this staff right out of the gate.

If he cuts bait with the ENTIRE old staff, I imagine we'll have a huge turnover on the roster. I think the safest bet is to retain some of the old staff for at least the first year, until the guys on the roster get to know DeBoer and his new staff.
