Matt Rhule and Cignetti would seem to me to be the top two I'd be calling. The next tier of candidates I'd think would be Matt Campbell at Iowa State and Kenny Dillingham at ASU.

Definitely agree. Spent time near Johnstown for work and same kind of folks as we are here in my corner of Alabama, just a different accent.

I agree, but their expectations have clearly changed because all Paterno really did was stay in that roughly 10 win, not quite national champions zone, with the exception of 2 seasons over a 45 year span.
