Hello, Bama brethren. My buddy got a few tickets to the game this weekend for his birthday and he’s taking me with him. We’re excited to experience BDS, not too excited to get our asses kicked. Anyways this will be our first time visiting and we have no idea where we need to park, or if Alabama has a bus/shuttle like OM does?
Any info y’all can give would be greatly appreciated

Park in the deck downtown. About a block from university. It’s an easy walk to BDS. Or you can wait on the public transit loading people from the deck.

I usually park at that store(can’t remember the name) and pay the $10 for the wristband and trolly that takes you to the stadium and back to the store after the game
I use to always park at Arby’s but that damn walk about kills me everytime

You can park at University Mall and take the Shuttle. 10 bucks cash if I remember correctly.
Starts around 4 hours prior to kickoff. Think it starts back at around 3rd qtr until about an hour after game ends.

I prefer parking downtown. Most of it is free if you get there early enough, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to get a bite to eat before the game. It is a good walk from downtown though.
Around the Rec Center, Softball Stadium, Soccer lots is a decent option as well, and there is a shuttle that runs to the Quad from those lots. Soccer lot may already be sold out, but Rhoads Stadium(softball) almost always has spots available day of the game.

Thanks for all the info fellas. I think we’ll try to park downtown and walk. How quickly does it fill up there?

For 2:30 games, it starts getting crowded down there by noon as a lot of people will want to eat before the game. But I don't think you'll have much problem finding a parking spot. Maybe not in the parking deck mentioned above, but there's plenty of street parking in the area. Worst case, some businesses charge to park in their lot and you can just do that.

You could also park at the publix by the parking garage. Quick hop across the street and you’re basically there.

You can also prepay parking by the soccer field and ride the crimson ride to the quad. Prepaid is 25
