David Ballou and Matt Rhea were brought in 2020 as this special combo if new science and sports performance.
So yeah since he has come we have declined in physicality, endurance and strength (specifically in the trenches).
It doesn't matter who is coaching or what level of demand or intensity they have when we haven't been able to sustain intensity for four quarters in almost half a decade for obvious reasons.
