Gotcha. I was just proposing potential solutions to establish equitable competition throughout major and semi-major CFB.
I think if the other divisions staggered their seasons, or played on a different day of the week, from "1A" it could be more profitable. But if there's a "1A" game and a "1B" game on at the same time, I'm watching the 1A game 95% of the time.
Not sure if other people think the same way as me or not though.

Different strokes for different folks.
I very rarely watch baseball and never watch car racing, boxing, fighting, soccer or poker, but lots of people do watch those.
FCS schools have alumni & regional fanbases who'll watch their football games on TV.

Post from BOL:

In the playoff era (2014-19), ranked G5s have played ranked P5s 16 times:
• The G5 record: 3-13
• All 3 wins were bowl games
• Average losing score: 48-25
2019: ranked G5s 9-2 vs unranked P5s. Huzzahh let's celebrate! But wait:
• Average score 28-23
• Average G5 team record: 11-2
• Average P5 team record: 5-6
• 2 losses and 6 one-score wins
• 1-2 vs 8-win P5s; 2 blowout losses
• 0-3 vs ranked P5s; avg. score: 49-20

I’ve seen more and more people suggest that all 10 conferences champions get automatic playoff bids. A 10-3 MAC champion is not more worthy then some 11-2 P5 team.
So many people just want to act like this is the NFL with the teams being somewhat equal. The reality is, even though G5 are technically in the same division, their resources and results are like that of a lower division most years.
I’d be ok with a G5 team that was top 10 getting in. Some of those old Boise teams were pretty good. But not automatic bids just because you won your crappy conference.

If conference championship games still exist in an expanded playoff era I will always be against automatic bids, especially if most conferences still use a division structure. A team with 4+ loses that happens to win their division (and championship game) has no business in a playoff. 2012 Wisconsin is a perfect example. They actually finished 3rd in their division at 7-5, but because both Ohio St and Penn St were serving post season bans they were in the B1G CG and blasted Nebraska 70-31. That team would have zero business in a playoff, IMO.
And yes I think it's pathetic that a NFL team is going to HOST a playoff game with a losing record.

Miami looks terrible. I guess they got their asses kicked by UNC too, but still a little surprising they are already down 21-0 against Okie Light.

King is down. Looks like a knee.

Jedrick Wills Jr in another commercial with Baker Mayfield.

Even though it looks bad, King refuses a cart. Walks back with help to the locker room.

With QB King and RB Cam'Ron Harris our injured Miami are down their 2 leading rushers.

Hate to hear that. I wasn't watching when it happened. Hope it's not as bad as it sounds like it might be.

Yeah I’m pretty sure he’s done for a good while.

Damn. Don't we open with them next season?

We do. I’m not sure how long he will be down but it is likely enough time to come back.

They are moving the ball fine with the backup. Can't punch it in in the redzone, but efficient between the 20's so far.

Harris is back
Just broke off a long TD run. They just tied it up 21-21.

Yep. Quite the turnaround since the first quarter.

The 2 point conversion was overturned. OSU 21, Miami 19.
