Up to the last possession, we'd thrown 9 passes. Jalen had run it 8 times with some of those being designed runs.
If you assume half were called passes where he tucked it, that would be 13 chances. If you want more shots, then the blame needs to go to the sidelines because there weren't plays called to give him the opportunity.

I expected more deep attempts four games into this season. It isn't asking much to have a downfield threat.

What should be scary to the conference is that Vandy has looked VERY good on defense and Bama is devastating them up front.
