Something has to change. SEC officials have generally been bad, but this year has been just an absolute embarrassment. LSU-SC was a straight up stolen game. UTx-UGA debacle should have been in instant termination. UT-Bama was as joke...and then we get the worst, most suspect call ive ever seen in CFB with the mid-play BS illegal touching call.
Does it change the game...absolutely it does. You cant take away a TD from a team attempting a comeback early 4th quarter and then with straight face say there is no chance it would have mattered. This was the same crew at Texas-UGA. That crew shouldnt have gotten another SEC game ever again after that debacle...but theyll be calling big games 5 years from now with zero consequences.
Why is it that the SEC makes a bazillion dollars every season but still trots out embarrassments to call its biggest games?

Tennessee game was absolute dogshit as well (for the second time in Knoxville).
The refs absolutely cost us the game in 2022 and last month, they robbed us on two critical third down plays, one wiped an almost certain touchdown off the board:
Then there was the "missed" block in the back call on LSU's go ahead touchdown in 2022 that they flag us for 100% of the time:

I think its beyond time for full time, well paid, professional officials. Hell make them do basketball too. They need to be compensated based off of their performance and immediately fired for debacles like Sat night
