I understand your disgust in the current atmosphere and I definitely share your sentiment to an extent. The one thing I would say in response is that as long as your fandom is more predicated on the name on the front and not the one on the back, you shouldn’t put much stock in any of the outside noise.
Teams like Missouri will continue to exist and teams like Miami, A&M, and Colorado will as well. Watch on Saturday and tune-out Monday-Friday if needed.

I do think they should move the portal until after the bowl and I don't give a damn about semesters or any of that shite. If kids want to transfer, teams want to tamper, which they all are doing without a doubt, then you deal with the dates not totally working out in your favor. It's total BS that kids can portal out before the season is complete. Opt outs for kids going pro you can't do much about at this point but you can fix the portal if they have the stones to do it.
