Where was that? There was a safety deep.
Wide open was poorly stated. He was open and had position in front of the safety. Not an easy throw but Ty has made harder ones.
However, I do agree that I’d rather see us nut up and run the ball to convert a 4th and 1.

2. Offensive line-gotta give them props. They weren't perfect and they gave up 4 sacks but overall, they played fairly well. I think Formby's natural position is guard and Michael Carroll should be starting in his tackle spot.
The only position that’s locked down is Center/LT. RT, RG and LG is still rotating through out the game or has every game so far.
It’s kinda wild to see this unorthodox rotation of OL when it’s always been the case to have a starting five playing together and getting comfortable with each other. But it seems to be working

I have to throw in special teams. Nearly every are was poor. Ta;ty will probably not be called on to kick anything over yards. We had a couple of poor punts. Kick coverage was bad. We got bailed out on the next last kickoff return because the Vandy player went insane after the return.
Bama is going to need much more effort and consistency out of the ST unit with the slate of games ahead. We need good field position and to sneaks as many points as we can given the schedule ahead

4. Defensive game plan in the first half was bad. I feel like Bama is winning in spite of Wommack's bad coaching. He's just awful. Good second half adjustments.
I just dont understand saying the guy is awful but then saying good second half adjustments. Vandy had two big plays, and one had nothing to due with scheme it was just Lawson going down the center of the OL instead of half of his body in his gap like he is taught to do when taking on a OL. If Lawson plays that correctly Alexander is tackled at the LOS.
