I'll just get it out of the way. I was wrong to call for Avery's job. Criticism was called for, but wanting his job was stupidity on my part. I thought we had internal issues that Avery didn't know how to fix. Apparently, I was wrong about that too. He figured out whatever the problem was and corrected it, while I was out here like an idiot wanting him fired. All I did was show my ignorance and I deserve all the shite that anyone gives me 
PS. I'll more than likely get mad and start wanting him fired again so if y'all could bookmark this and throw it back in my face, I would appreciate it

I was happy as hell to get Avery, I should have stuck with him and not quit. That's on me. I'll make an arse out of myself again somehow

We need him to keep recruiting well and bringing in talent. Hopefully this season would be great to build up more buzz about his project.

I really hope this win helps him recruit. The guys have been having fun again and playing loose. I hate that I condemned him, but I'm thankful he proved I was an ignorant arse

yea I think we were all unsure if he had lost the team after the 5 L's. The wins are great but not losing the team was even more important.
