NFL scouts, GM’s, position coaches, and head coaches all have an ego-driven approach to believing they can overcome any flaws Milroe has and coach him out of it. He has the size, speed, durability, and arm to be brilliant. All he lacks is pocket awareness, some accuracy, reading coverages, and making quicker/better decisions with the ball. There are NFL guys who believe they can get him there, so it’s not out of the question for him to be a first round choice. It’s a risk, but it will not surprise me. I think he declares and will be an early 2nd round experiment.

Combine that with it being a horrendous QB class, and you get first round Milroe.

This is actually the best thing he has going for him this year, which isn't exactly a huge endorsement, but teams desperate for a QB may take a shot.

Also, don't underestimate an organization's willingness to correct their mistake year to year. Arizona drafted Josh Rosen in the first round of 2018, then Kyler Murray the very next season with the #1 pick.

Anyone on here believing Milroe won't get a legit shot in the NFL probably realize how starved for quarterbacks play some of these teams are.

The answer to qb-starved teams is to draft a RB at QB??

I agree with you, early second round and first round wouldn't surprise me.
