Probably not many outside of the Tuscaloosa area are familiar with Crimson Cover (started as a radio show then became a TV show on WVUA, covering mostly Alabama football). Mike Parker (in the wheelchair) co-hosted it with John Copeland & Chase Goodbread. I learned today that he passed away a couple of weeks ago. Going to post a few things for those who may have watched it and are interested.

Hate to hear that. I have not seen the show in years but watched it most Fridays circa 2013-2019. Always loved the banter with him and Copeland. There was something to said about the genuine love and look at Alabama sports that you do not find the national media. I enjoyed the production of WVUA and the Tuscaloosa ads because it brought me back to my UA days. RIP Mike

Used to watch that all the time on WVUA. It was very entertaining and well put together for a local program. I hate to hear we lost a great Bama fan and supporter with Mike’s passing.. Condolences and RIP.
