The only redeeming thing about fbaum is that every once in a while he used to have an amazing interview on there.

The OD is downright terrible. The only reason it stays on is that it basically has zero competition and Barker's name recognition among certain Bama fans. The Roundtable is the best show they have.
Finebaum isn't the same on ESPN. He's a company man now who has some real crap interviews. In Alabama, he could make an entire show out of some stupid UA/AU story. That won't fly on a national level. I hate that they constantly go to him as the "expert" on all things Alabama & Auburn when he's basically just there to stir the pot. Personally, I think Finebaum gets completely outclassed whenever he goes on TV and has to argue against somebody that actually knows football.

he has great interviews with national people..if all you want to hear is Ua or AU stuff then you my friend are very narrow minded. Hearing an interview with Kirk H or the likes is great radio.

He does have good interviews, but Finebaun doesn't do great interviews 24/7. He makes his hay in the offseason by stirring things up and getting people to call in. In Alabama, that was really simple. On a national level, it will probably be proven over time to be much more difficult.

Beyond terrible! I'd rather listen to freaking Mike and Mike than that trash. 99.1 in Tuscaloosa has Houston and Hubert as well as competition.
