We came out yesterday and ran a couple of creative plays like bringing WRs in motion behind Bryce and out into flats to create separation / catch in space /etc and then we did NOTHING until the last drive. Bryce has got step up and throw on time but damnit BOB has got to do a better job

We threw a screen pass to Traeshon Holden (I'm dead)! I'm not trying to knock Holden at all but if we are being real that's not what he's good at matter of fact he's our best BLOCKER as far as the receivers go so he needs to be doing that when a screen is called.
We never faked the screen like we did against a nobody Week 1!

We need to give Bryce more than 5 seconds on the play clock when he gets the damn play.

The shotgun on 4th and a foot has to be the dumbest decision in football. Where is Jumbo package, wildcat, big QB off bench, etc. Saban is not the first to allow this but there should be some analytics that we could send him? I wish I had the stats for such a play.
I’m not one to second guess Saban. He is not perfect but he is still the best in the business. Einstein had some dumb ideas, Warren Buffet has lost money on some investments. Saban has earned the right to be wrong and everyone on this board who thinks they are qualified to second guess him are full of sh!t.

Saban doesn’t call the plays. If he did, then he deserves to be criticized for it. I remember Saban tearing Kiffin a new one during the OSU game in 2014 when we didn’t run the ball when we should have.
Saban has gone soft on BOB and Golding for whatever reason, but he isn’t the same coach right now that he was 3 years ago.
