That isn't the problem. He is fromm level of mobility and while that is fine, the huge runs every 3rd down and out running Moses to the edge won't happen and that alone is a big difference for the defense.

We did dominate running the ball tonight. We ran at will and could have done it all night long but we instead made them pay every time their LB bit on the play action. We could have run for 300 yards tonight but we stayed more balanced because the pass was what they were giving. We slanted them to death.

On offense we will show just how bad Clemson's back 7 is. They aren't good. And, our passing game will open up our running game for us. As far as defense I feel more comfortable with us against Lawrence who is a big guy with some mobility than against a guy with GREAT mobility like Mond or Murray.

I’m guessing you don’t realize OU doesn’t fit the bill as a good defense like Clemson will?

Against every solid rush defense, with the exception of LSU, we’ve faced this season our running game has not consistently dominated.

Now I’m NOT saying we are going to struggle to score on Clemson or anything like that. I was just responding to the poster who said we will run on Clemson when our numbers this season have not pointed to that. Also consider we don’t have Brown like we did against LSU or most of the UGA game.

Bro, have you paid attention to Clemson's back 7? It's not like our offense is predicated on running the ball to score points.

Bro, read my post again. I specifically said I was NOT saying Alabama was going to struggle to put up points. Again nowhere did I say Bama absolutely needed to run to score. I ALSO specifically said my response was to the guy who said Bama would run over Clemson. It had nothing to do with the back 7.
