Nobody knows a damn thing. I was completely convinced from everything we heard that this team was special: super talented and had the right mindset.

At the same time I read that FSU’s preseason was a dumpster fire. And obviously we were 14 point favorites by the bookies, and many analysts said we’d cover.

Nobody knows shite until an actual game is played. And until proven otherwise, my observation is this Bama team is just bad and has zero fire about them.

DeBoer aint the guy based on what we’ve seen so far. I dont give a shite what all of the analysts say about how the players love him and the building is a great atmosphere. Nothing matters except Saturdays.

I think its fair to say that you cant judge a team based off fall camp. Both Bama and Texas were getting fluffed up. FSU and LSU were not getting love...and pulled off huge wins

It wasnt just fall camp. We heard this was a crucible of an off season; like one of the toughest in the last 5-10 years at Bama under Saban or DeBoer. Williams was looking amazing and had gotten bigger/stronger to go with his crazy athleticism. None of the b.s. we were told panned out.

LSU is ranked 9th in the AP pill and several media people’s dark horse to win the SEC.
I never bought into Bama’s hype. Over the last several years, the talent has diminished. The recruiting rankings are garbage.
