First long run

There appeared to be a pretty significant hold on the play, but the real puzzling thing is how we piled ourselves up on the left side and then the linebacker ran behind the wash of linemen and away from the direction that the running back was going. Seems to me he should have been in that gaping hole.

I don't know football at an in-depth strategy level, but this seems to not look right to me.

It was a counter play and both LBs bit on the initial direction of the run before the cutback. One of them missed filling the proper gap, not sure which one 0, 10 or 4 had that responsibility.

My guess is that it was likely 10 that got pulled wide because of the motion from #4 on Georgia. Then they didn't communicate the gap adjustment. We essentially had 4 cover the 3 players out wide on the left.

That motion was designed specifically to get 10 out of the box.
