The fact this was downvoted..: is beyond me. Too much talent to look this unorganized and in shambles.

He has a few fan boys on here that will sink with this ship no matter what. Stupid yes, but I've been bitching about this idiot since mid season last year. He has no business coaching football.

Do you bench KR to get a spark. They are bringing the heat and KR is not getting out of the play and we are not doing quick slants etc.

NO! That would destroy the young man. Show confidence in him and persevere. We WILL win this game

You're right but he should have never been named the starter. Needed another year.

How is it every call Deboer makes its the wrong one?

A good OC would give him a security blanket in the flat, or recognize the blitz and call a RB screen. All Grubb calls is slow developing drop back passes that gives him nothing.

Grubb fired from Seahawks.
Offense struggled, mainly running the football.
Seahawks would go on, win the Super Bowl last season without him.
Now we're stuck with this clown.

Last year it was supposedly the OL coach who was the problem. No excuses now. This is terrible play calling/organization/execution. The difference in the offensive preparation and the defensive prep seems almost night and day.
