I really just don't like his windup. He also looks like he "aims" instead of just naturally slinging it where it needs to go like the other qbs.

A group photo of the front 7 should do the trick

The real question is who will be the starting front 7. We know the DL Ragland and Foster but who will start at OLB. I think Devall and Anderson will at Sam and Jack but I think Lee and Evans should start at Sam and Jack. Put Devall and Anderson in on run downs and against Arkansas/LSU

I'm sure Evans and Tim Williams (with some Christian Miller) will see a lot of third down, sub package reps. And against spread teams could even start at Jack/Sam. Right now looks like Anderson and Devall are the starters though, and that's fine. I think Anderson is gonna have a really good year overall, and Devall is solid against the run.

Looks like the starting DL is:

Reed-Lake-Robinson (against the likes of Arkansas and LSU)

Robinson-Reed-Allen (against the likes of A&M and Tennessee, though I'm not sure if A-Rob or Reed will be the Nose in this situation. Not that we'd be in base much if any against those teams)

Lake is not starting. He will play NT only in Goal line. Even against Arkansas and LSU Allen Reed and Robinson will start every game. I think Payne will pass Lake by SEC play.

Don't get me wrong, I'd start Allen every game too. I just recall seeing some reports of Lake rolling with the ones in some drills.

IIRC Payne is one of the freshman that some people have said will find a role this season. He's certainly a talent. Between Frazier and Payne, we're set at Nose for the coming years.

our 2 deep among the front 7 is going to be the best since I can recall. If a true freshman plays it will be because they are studs. I dont see this among the front 7 except for the NT, but possible among the DB's

You're right. Matter of fact look at a guy like Da'Shawn Hand. He's gonna be a Sophomore this year. He's likely starting (and putting up some big time stats) at almost any other FBS school. He's second or third string here. It is crazy.

we will probably lose a lot of our front 7 after this year so people like Hand and Evans need to be ready to big the man next year

More I see of Howard more I'm convinced he's not gonna be a good TE blocker, but as a WR he'd be a great blocker. Still looks too slim to consistently block DL. He looks more like a big WR than anything, IMO.

I saw them tweet that, but had the scrimmage itself even started at that point?

Minkah wasn't even here for the Spring, how has he come along so quickly?

He's gotta be one special player if this hype is real.

Wonder where he plays in the secondary this year, IIRC he was practicing some at Star, but seems like Smith is doing good too. Maybe one ends up at Money.
