Feel more scripted than ever before?
The NFL has felt like the scripted WWE for a long time now. We all know that college football has quickly taken on the role of a mini-NFL, but I was hoping the scripted feel of it wouldn’t have transitioned so easily.

I don't know about anyone else, but I can certainly notice the parity more than ever. Big names in CFB struggling in good seasons with the UCFs and Ball states of the world. The beginning of this year almost had me completely dissillusioned. It just doesn't feel the same anymore, but I don't see it as scripted, yet. Unpredictable yes, but not scripted. There's a reason I have only placed one bet this year, whereas last year I probably placed 20 or 30.

scripted...hmm... maaaaybeee....
for me, i'm seeing refs control more outcomes. at least it appears that way to me. most times you can make a legit claim to the penalty called, most times but not always. however, its the actual penalties that they dont call. those no calls can be devastating to the team not benefited.

Are you insinuating that the NFL is scripted? A massive conspiracy to favor teams is occurring?

Based on what? There’s arguably less parity than ever before this season. Top 15 teams from the preseason poll are 90-2 as double digit favorites, and the national title favorite is going for 3 in a row.
Has there been a single major upset this year?
