One thing is it gets him back home. He has been away for 4 years now and there really is no place like home. The other thing is that he really is a good athlete with 4.5 speed and no offense to your comment about him playing WR here, the truth is: there is a very wide gap in talent at wide receiver at Utah compared to Alabama. He "may" get on the field there. He "would not" get on the field here.

I am sure I can find it. It floated around everywhere in preseason. I read it on scout but it was an Al.com article. Don't quote me but it said that Hurts ran in the 4.6 range and Bateman at a 4.55. It also listed their 100 meter times and Rashaan Evans was one of the fastest on the team. Times I remember were Ridley and R. Foster in the 4.38 range, Bo at 4.60, OJ at 4.65, Barnett at 4.85. Surely I am not the only one who saw this. It had to have been posted here.

Of course not. The kid never used it because he didn't want to get hit. Of course he really didn't get much of an opportunity after the Mississippi game. I think we all know the odds are stacked against him seeing playing time at Utah but he is athletic enough and I hope he proves us wrong. Good luck to Cooper.

explain thyself. A walk on by definition is going to start out low on the depth chart. UTAh like Bama plays big boy FB. IF he has the speed to be a WR then he has the speed to run the new Bama offense. I wish him luck but there had to be schools that would have brought him in to compete as a QB.

This is all about a girl and that is my lame reasoning.

It's been explained. Read.

There's no sense in NOT wishing Cooper the best. Kid strapped it up day in and day out for the Tide. Hope he finds success in whatever he pursues.

BTW, have any of y'all been to Utah/Salt Lake City? Beautiful part of the country.
