I'm going to disagree here, because if we committed a bunch of money to a new arena before the courts let loose the NIL beast (which is functionally now pay for play), we might not have been able to assemble the rosters we have the last couple seasons, arguably the best two seasons in program history.

Our men's basketball facilities are really good, and are about to be as good as anyone's in the country. The guys spend most of their time in the practice/film facilities, and we're building an all-new facility for them. That's what players care about.
