Would he have been successful at Bama if he had stayed long term or would the scholly reductions have killed him like it did Mike S. Mike S had no HC experience with the reduced schollys but Fran was already an experienced HC. From what I can recall, Fran left knowing the scholarship reductions were going to hit but claim to have been misled that the sanctions were not going to be as severe.
