I honestly think we would find a way to make room for both too.. one of the biggest needs

Juco DE/OLB Chester Graves is one to watch. Bama likes what they see from him. He's been a beast so far this year. #1 overall Juco recruit in the country. Probably a backup plan to Thib. Will be interesting to see how it pans out here. Thib, Bogle, and Graves are all awesome options. Really can't go wrong there.

I was wondering if we would consider the JUCO connection

I would almost like to have Pickens without any other Barn commits.. just so he will hang out with Bama boys and they won’t make a Barn hang out click. I have seen this happen in the past

I agree. Atleast its not somebody like Nix with him though. With the way things have been so off the wall this cycle I wouldn’t be surprised to see Pickens stick with AU and one of the other two flip.

I doubt it's a problem. I think the AU commits probably want to hang out and talk with our commits and players. Some already know each other well; e.g., Taulia and Pickens, Young and Handy. And Johnson is from Hewitt-Trussville. Our commits will probably be hanging out with the other visitors before and during the game. Visitors usually have player hosts too.

You coach in Mississippi, do you have an opinion on Handy?
Would he have spot at Bama if he wanted in?

Watching Minshew at Washington State vs USC, he made the right choice. Better off starting at WSU then 3rd or 4th at Bama. Looks good.

Yep. Would have been a good insurance policy for us in case of catastrophic QB injury luck. But otherwise wouldn't have seen much PT. He's putting up good numbers in that offense.

Reichard has hit two FGs tonight, with one of them being 54 yards.

B1G refs have gifted Penn State bigly tonight vs Illinois. Two BS PI calls on very minor contact and the balls weren't even catchable in bounds. Those calls bailed out two stopped drives, leading to PSU TDs. Illinois was beating them until those BS calls swung the momentum.

Minshew has played well tonight. WSU is having success running it on USC too. Maybe should run it a little more. WSU 24, USC 17 - halftime.

No doubt, Minshew looks legit especially for a grad transfer

I hope Bama can get a foothold in Hawaii while USC is a dumpster fire.

The Vols should have hired Leach.
Posted on 9/21/18 at 11:36 pm to Cobrasize
Imo, Leach isn't a good fit at Tennessee, but I think he would've been a great hire and fit for Arkansas and would've wanted the job.

Fulmer just wants a puppet. Things will get bad up there before long.
