I wonder if we talked to Webb about playing something else. This is confusing. Webb is going to go somewhere else and still be a center watch smh.

That's badass...Kobe can teach a thing or two about that killer strike me in the heart mentality...his breakdowns on ESPN on breaking down film during the playoffs were some of the greatest film analysis I've watched on NBA Ball right down to watching the body language and when signs of fatigue show, to strike

Maybe so. I just hope it's not a sign that Bama has become more concerned lately that Webb might go elsewhere. Bama likes OLs that are versatile. Quick and Bowles should make great guards, but also have enough length (6-5) and the feet to be solid OTs too (depth). Webb (6-3) and Dalcourt (6-4) are well suited for OG or OC. At 6-3, Webb is a tad short for a guard at the college level and moreso at the NFL level. That's why he projects at OC even though he plays OG in HS. That said, Webb is a badass with great feet, so he probably can play OG well in college. And he might even grow a bit taller by next fall.

I like this commitment, another curve ball in our class predictions though but he seems legit. I expect a jump in rankings sooner than later

He has always made me nervous. All the in state guys are on board except him. We will be fine but if he bolts I hope it is to Clemson. The UGA trolls are already unbearable.

I think he can play Guard just fine at 6'3". I mean Chance Warmack was, what, 6'2"? I'd be happy with him at either OC or OG, but the main thing is just landing him.

I get a bad vibe from Webb. He feels like that WR who went to Clemson last year. Makes no sense for Webb not to come to Bama, but he just has the feel of a traitor.

Sure that's a difference, but there's no need to call them traitors anyway. Recruits don't have to go to their in state schools and it isn't a bad thing for them not to.
The real difference between us and LSU fans is they whine and melt when they miss out on croots. You see some of it around here, but there's no need for it. We're loaded and will continue to be as long as Saban is here. As Nick told Julio, "I'm gonna win with or without you".
