Here is a list of every recruit from Georgia who actually played for us. A few great players, some decent roll players, but that's about it

Yep - the #fakenews that is constantly spread that Alabama used to recruit Georgia really well is just that, #fakenews.
We've never signed highly ranked kids from Georgia. Our top rated kids are almost always #75 and up national kids (Drake, Sims, Dickson, Geno). I don't know for this for sure but I'd guess the highest rated kid we have signed from Georgia would be Kamara?
Auburn and Clemson are the ones who go into Middle/North Georgia and pull out 5-stars from under UGA's nose (or used to). We never really have done that.

The problem is the UGA signing isnt that they are going there over BAMA. Its that they arent leaving the state. That kind of talent GA has and UGA being where they are now, is easy to get those kids.
How is it Kirby got the number 1 qb, yet we never seemed to get one while he was around at bama.

I really think Georgia will make it a lot harder on Dabo.. this will help him to come over when ( and I hope never) Saban retires

love those guys but damn. They aren’t world beaters. Tomlinson and Warmack best 2 but I don’t think UGA wanted. Drake solid. I think UGA wanted Dillon Lee badly but he came for Kirby.
