Someone posted that SECCountry published an article saying that UGA is working hard to push through his paperwork so that he can sign with them today.
Hank South said this could be something to watch, but that Quay's coach has always said he was not going to sign early and was going to take visits next month.
Another "insider" said this is something to worry about.
