Not that Bama uses TEs anyway.
Maybe our limited use is clouding my thinking on it. I suppose if those guys were true weapons I might get it more.

It's a shame Peterson is headed to that cesspool in Knoxville. Hope he likes losing to us his whole career.

"I have been to both schools and both schools give me a good vibe. I see both schools as the exact same right now. It is complicated decision."
Over the last few weeks, Cox has had many in his ear about what he should do, what school he should choose and who he needs to sign with Wednesday.
Being from Stockbridge (Ga.), you'd think hear most about the Bulldogs, but the Crimson Tide is talked about just as much.
"I am hearing I should go to 'Bama, then I am hearing that I should stay home and rep the home-state school, and it is just back and forth all of the time. I am constantly just talking to myself about this decision because it is so confusing.
"It is on my mind all of the time and this will be one of my hardest decisions I have ever had to make. It is hard not to think about it right now."
Nick Saban was in the Cox home Thursday. Kirby Smart was there Wednesday. Both schools will work the phones leading up to Wednesday making sure Cox knows how important he is to their team and to this recruiting class.
Cox plans to sign at 2:30pm ET Wednesday and he could be figuring out which is the right school for him up until that time.
"I am really not sure when I will know for sure," said Cox. "It is really all I am thinking about right now. I will be ready Wednesday though to make a decision and get this done."

I’m surprised Peterson is leaning UT, but he’ll definitely get to play early there. However, he won’t be competing for championships anytime soon...or ever.
I guess early PT is more attractive than winning...

I think Saban's got this. I'm still optimistic and pretty confident that by NSD Saban, Tosh and Golding can develop the relationship level and trust that Peterson said he needs for Bama to regain the lead and land him.

The Army All-American said Alabama can regain the lead for him in these final few weeks, but he needs to continue building a relationship with Saban for that to happen.

No idea what is happening in recruiting at all but I just did my drive from DC to Houston, right through birmingham. Some of the crew here said I should go to Saw's when i drove through there (with my 65 lbs dog)
Went to Saw's Soul Kitchen on 41st street and they had a sign on the door saying they were not open (having some electricity issues or something). Went to the pizza joint right next door post office pies. Was a really good pie, but not what i was craving
I tried to get BBQ on both lunches (due south in Christianburg VA and Saw's) and i had an awful headache on day 1 and the above on day 2. Really wanted some white bbq sauce to try
Good luck early signing Bama boys

JJ was definitely one of my favs in this class. I figured he would eventually start for us but we are set at the LB position

Off topic, but do any of you have one of those Google Home Mini things? I'm thinking about getting it and Chromecast (whatever the hell that is) for the wife for Christmas.
What all does it do?

Do you just hook it up to your wifi and talk to it?
Is there much difference between the Home and Home Mini?

TigerPaw,
Off the subject, but where does AU feel Andres Fox ends up? Stanford?
Seems unless AU strikes out, unlikely, on the OL, y'all won't have room, looking like no room at Bama.
If he doesn't get accepted to Stanford, where? LSU, there class sure needs the help?

KN heard this week that if Fox gets into to Stanford he's going there. Sounds like he's going to get in
AU would like another DL in this class if possible but #'s are getting tight so not sure Fox's spot is assured. If he doesn't get in tho I think AU would try really hard to fit him. Garner is apparently very high on him. Staff think he's a lot like Andrew Williams who has grown into a productive DT for us
I think LSU will remain a threat but their confidence has tanked. Honestly not sure if they would still have a spot since sounds like they are about to land Michael Williams. I think unless something wild happens Fox ends up at Stanford. Tho his family loves Bama so if ya'll push & he has a spot he could land there as well

Anybody have a updated mock class? So many things have changed
