Man I hope the Friday visit is going well. If we could somehow get him and the Kid from Arky that'll be a awesome.

Emory would be crazy to sign anywhere other than UF.
Mullen is the best SEC coach at developing these mobile QB's, and Emory would be his man from Day one.
None of the other programs he is interested in offer him immediate playing time, and a coach as good as Mullen at developing him.
I literally hope Emory goes to UF so that maybe he can help Mullen slow down UGA from running away with the East so easily since the East is a dumpster fire.
The current state of the East guarantees UGA an annual trip to Atlanta.

I agree. I like James Foster instead, anyway. Tall, solid pocket passer that runs well, 3-year starter and a Bama guy too. Plus, it would keep Foster from going to LSU or AU.

So I wasn't able to watch but does anyone have a good explanation of why Alabama was beaten so handily by Mississippi? Just don't see scores like that in all star games too often

If you go to 247 and watch Fosters Bama vs Miss practice video he has a loop in his delivery you could drive a bus through.
My goodness... poor Bama clueless when it comes to QB's.
I say find a couple decent walkons to run the scout teams, and save the scholly. Sign two QB's next class.
I'm also on the use Slade Bolden at slot and scat back and save the Jerome Ford scholly. Hate to be that way, but can only sign 22. Need that scholly for any DL or CB that wants to sign toward the end of the process IMO. Need moar DL !

I feel like the "getting more athletic" craze has gone a little too far. Bama has not been able to hold the point of attack against physical teams like they used to. I'd rather take these elite guys that are bigger, but move well. Hold the point of attack, and let the the freak show AKA our LB corp clean house.
Friday is listed at 6'3, 265 ?
Of course he could have grown and added some weight so just talking shite really, but that's why I'd rather have Barmore and Brown. Big dudes that can move.
Bama is going to be fine on the outside. Several players and even recruits in this class are already growing toward DE... Bama needs interior difference makers badly.

I couldn't really see his mechanics in his season highlights video due to distance. The 247 site is down for maintenance now, but I'll check it out. I trust that our staff knows how to evaluate QBs, and they do it live.
