Well, 2 out of the 3 were Center prospects, which are usually smaller because they are more athletic.

Kennedy would be the 2018 starter at Center if breaking his leg didn't make it an unknown...

Running second team RG in practice a week or so ago, but don't believe he played with the 2nd unit Saturday.

What about Emory Jones? He firm with Ohio state or he trending Bama?

Will be our QB in this class. The Jarren Williams stuff was erroneous. He may have called trying to commit (not sure), but don't believe he could.

Sounds like our staff wants Jones.

Injuries derailed his pushes towards a starting spot last year before the season.

He had to work back up from 3rd string...

Still think considering where Bama is with QBs, Jones' ceiling is a better risk than Williams' floor.

Did anyone really ever think guys like Casher, Warmack, or kennedy was ever going to play. Remember them all doing work at camps but their body sizes just looked small compared to what we usually get on the oline.

Kennedy is in line to be the starting center in 2018. Assuming he comes back from injury okay.

I like your logic. I think I'll go with it. We can certainly afford to take a chance on a QB with VERY high upside.

According to an insider on BOL, we supposedly have 4 silent commits. Fwiw

The silent commit thing is trash to me until they do it.

It is not erroneous. It happened; that I'm quite certain about.

I’m sure the serial downvoter hated William Vlachos’ size at center too.

Iowa fans seem to have already conceded the JuCo DL Nixon.

And I can’t tell if Michigan fans are in a continual melt over the Penn State loss or actually fearful that Ekiyor is gone.

how would we know? I've seen people say 4 and I've seen people say 6. If the kid isn't talking, and I know that staff isn't going to name names, then how would anyone know for sure? Isn't it all speculation at this point?

Shite, I hope we DO have a bunch of high level silents, but it feels more like people trying to rationalize the class to me. I think the best answer is what we've said all along, the staff is slower to offer this year b/c the numbers are going to be smaller.

Silent predictions from various sources:

Saivion Smith 10/10 confidence
Emil Eyikor 8/10
Bobby Brown 5/10
Emory Jones 5/10
Jaylen Waddle 5/10
Eyabi Anoma 8/10
Dominick Anderson-Woods - 7/10 (on super secret probation due to telling Saban he would commit, then announcing Texas--must prove himself and keep his nose clean)

It is lower but we have missed out on some of our top recruits so it looks we are scrambling to meet our goals which is mostly on the D side of the ball. We wanted a QB and a RB and it dosent look like we are getting a RB

You can make Ekiyor 10/10. He informed UM's staff the other night.

Also, increase your Waddle number. That being said, he's getting hit up from a lot of places. Silent or not, history would tell us that it isn't a done deal yet.

Pretty sure Bobby Brown isn't yet. But I do think we feel very confident.
