If we get Savion. It will be him, Riggs, and Carter at CB. Just saying can't be depending on a freshman to come in when they can have the same issues that some of the guys who aren't playing may have. Our secondary may get torched next year tho smh.

I think we'll be fine at Safety, but we are hurting at Corner.

In 2015 Minkah and Ronnie came in and took on big roles as Freshman, I'm hoping we have at least a couple of other guys getting their first taste of major PT and can play at the level those two did that season.

I wish. He is my favorite of the 5 star CBs. I feel like a coach's son always does okay.

Evans and SDH are Seniors so new ILBs (KH is playing a bit though) and two key OLBs this year will miss the whole season so they'll be a year behind on reps they should've had.
Mack Wilson has looked really good this year, as has Moses. I think ilb is in good shape for next year.

I agree, Wilson and Moses are super talented former 5 stars who will be stars eventually. But the limited experience they'll have when they take over could be very concerning. Think back to guys like Ro, Hightower, Mosley, and Foster. These were the true superstars we've had (I'd put guys like Nico Johnson and Trey DePriest in their own "solid" category, with Reggie Ragland, IMO, somewhere between the two groups) at ILB. I think both Wilson and Moses could be those type of guys, but one of the things that made those 4 so transcendent was their ability to line everyone up and communicate. The limited experience for Mack and Dylan will mean the defense may have communication problems early.

Injuries at LB has hurt us but it has given guys down the depth chart some quality PT. Moses will be as good as advertised.

Im pretty sure I read that Shyheim Carter will play the star position and likewise for Kyriq Mcdonald. We could be fine in the secondary next year but my concern is experience and leadership. Communication is key in the secondary and we have none next year. Talent-wise we could be right up there with Ohio st/ FSU.

Hank South put in a Foggy CB for Myles Mason.

One of the Mississippi State mods CB'd him to State.
