If I were you guys I'd be surprised they're heavily going after Copeland when it seems like you guys aren't going to have a big WR class, and there are a lot of better options.
Well this one is easy to answer. We want Copeland as our slot WR for this class. Justyn Ross, Seth Williams and Joseph Scates are all 6'3" and above. We want a smaller, quicker guy to add to their size.

TBH, I'm also surprised you guys aren't going all out for Terrace Marshall - there is no question that dude is a top 3 WR in the nation.
Well you can blame his former idiot coach for the lack of interest.

Zamir White will be in Tuscaloosa tomorrow. His mother is making the trip with him.
If we can somehow pull him...

One of the "insiders" on BOL is claiming that we are about to go on a big run of commitments and that our commitment list will look different within a week.

Teradja Mitchell just committed to Ohio State. Don't know how hard we pursued him but I knew we had interest so I posted it here

Dang. That's not good. Not sure what they're doing (besides selling 2016 Draft) so much differently the past couple years, but their recruiting has suddenly gone on a tear. They've gone from consistent #2-4 level classes (where they happened to hit on about every evaluation in their 2013 class) to recruiting at our level (And will sign a higher rated class this year, although I think that's a one year exception). Not good at all. I will say, though, that it looks like we have the stars aligned again for another historic class in 2019.

Meyer has been pushing real life Wednesdays the last few years. Brings in CEOs etc to talk to the team about life after football.
All the top schools are the same in many ways. This seems to be something really clicking with kids.
The last two years of 8 first rounders and 4 more second rounders helps a little bit too

What the hell has happened to recruiting? It wasn't that long ago that all you needed was hot coeds and cash to get kids to sign. CEOs giving speeches????
I AM DISAPPOINT

Maybe and maybe not
"It was a hard decision," Mitchell said. "It came down to life after football. I felt like I made a 40-year decision instead of a four-year decision by picking Ohio State. I feel like you can't beat their programs for life after football."
