The one in Twin Falls is the first McAlister's to open out West.
We were legit shocked to see it seeing as Boise doesn't even have one and it's 5 times bigger.

Micah Parsons decommitted from PSU late last night. OSU got a ton of CBs but he said he is planning on playing the process out a bit and using his visits, which I saw would likely include Bama.
Not sure if he has previously visited or not, but he obviously is a huge fish. I think he ends up back at PSU when all is said and done

The #1 Safety in the country for 2019, Brian Williams, was in Tuscaloosa this weekend. This is what he had to say about his visit and offer:
- He enjoyed the trip very much.
- Says the staff likes his ball skills and ability to make tackles downhill.
- An Alabama offer means more than others.
- He is the younger brother of Arkansas RB Rawleigh Williams III.
- He will make the best decision for himself and his brother understands that.
- Not ready to name leaders.
- Has no problem leaving the state of Texas for college.

We offered a 2020 WR out of Georgia on Saturday who just so happens to be the nephew of Demetris Robertson:

Here's a Robertson quote from this weekend:

quote:
"I went with Demetris on almost all the school visits," Robertson said. "Bama probably would have been his pick after Cal. Demetris told me that I am a different athlete than he was. I'm a little bigger. He just said to look at the school and environment then look at the program to see if it will make me better at my position."

Alabama is in pole position for one of the top cornerbacks in the 2018 class, Jaycee Horn of Alpharetta (Ga.), following his visit for A-Day.
“Bama is my leader right now,” Horn told BamaOnLine. “Tennessee, South Carolina, and Wake (Forest), I talk to them all a lot. The clear leader is Bama right now.”
I guess this is why we got a CB for him yesterday.

Hank South on Micah Parsons:
quote:
Alabama has been after Parsons for more than a year now. Earlier this year the 5-star DE tweeted that the UA staff gave him the ok to play running back at Alabama. Ohio State has also been making a big push. Judging by the tweet it doesn't look like he'll be a making a decision anytime soon.

From the Auburn board:
quote:
KN put up a VIP article on possible next commits, here's summary
- Believes 4* WR Matthew Hill is closing in on a commit. Grew up an AU fan and has become real close with Kodi Burns. KN thinks good chance he jumps on board this summer (probably BCW)
- KN specifically says he thinks 4* S Quindarious Monday might commit at BCW. AU is in front and seems to have a lead over the next group of teams in Florida and Florida State
- Says AU is clearly the favorite for 3* DE Andres Fox who has wanted to commit multiple times but been asked to hold off by his mother. AU might push for commit at BCW
- AU/FSU battle still rages for 4* CB Jalyn Armour-Davis. Both teams have some confidence. KN expects he announces this summer
- Auburn has built some momentum with 4* RB Asa Martin and he might have a decision this summer. Something to watch is Alabama recently offered. Still it's been a Gators/Tigers battle so far with AU trending
- The Tigers are in good position with 3* ATH Richard Jibunor but watch out for UGA & Bama. The Dawgs are seeing some top targets go elsewhere so they might start pushing for JIbunor who is in their backyard. Having two Nigerians on team though is big plus for AU
- Another AU/UF battle underway for 3* DB Juanyeh Thomas. Despite low rating being pursued hard by both Tigers and Gatore. AU likes him at CB to start. He plans to visit AU this week and is expected to have a decision in near future
There's a chance AU gets 3 commits at BCW this year in Hill, Monday and Fox but not set in stone especially if Hill decides to go to Under Armour event and Fox keeps getting pushed to Bama by family. I think unless Clemson offers before, Monday will pull the trigger. I also wouldn't be shocked if Thomas committed this week on visit but I don't think it's super likely
I fully expect Bama to land Martin now if they want him. HIs mom I believe is a huge Tide fan. However, I think chances increase now of us flipping Dameon Pierce. Very curious to see what happens at RB spot this cycle. I would love to get Pierce, Teague or Joiner. I am lukewarm on Martin right now

KN also has VIP update on 4* CB Jalyn Armour-Davis. Says this was difficult interview to get because Armour-Davis doesn't like talking to media
Armour-Davis says got good feel for school on his 3 day visit last month. It let him see what it was like to actually be a student athlete AU including what time he would have to wake up, going to class and team meetings on top of practice. Says he fits in very well at Auburn. He called Greg Brown "very intelligent" and seems like they have good relationship. He's visited AU the most but even more important for Tigers is his mom has visited 3-4 times and she loves it. That's big as she plays big role in his recruitment. Says Tre Williams has recruited him some but for most part just tells him to go where he feels most comfortable. He plans to take all of his official visits even if he commits this summer

KN says that when him and the Bama 247 guy Hank South met with 5* WR Justyn Ross last week they asked for thoughts on Jarrett Stidham. Ross says he has NFL arm and apparently that impressed him the most. He also really like what he saw from Malik Willis

Last week, 2019 athlete Jammie Robinson told AuburnUndercover.com he hoped the Tigers would offer.
He got his wish.
According to Robinson's coach at Cordele (Ga.) Crisp County, Shelton Felton, Auburn offered Robinson on Sunday evening. South Carolina and Vanderbilt also have offered in the past week. Alabama offered two weeks ago.
"It means a lot for that offer -- WDe," Robinson said.
The 5-feet-11, 180-pound Robinson is projected by most at cornerback.
He is a former teammate of 2017 Auburn signee Markaviest Bryant and current teammate of 2018 linebacker/buck target Quay Walker.
Robinson rushed for 1,384 yards, recorded 106 tackles (56 solo) and snagged three interceptions in 14 games last season.
Robinson named Alabama his leader this weekend FWIW.

Some of the Southeast’s top players turned out for Sunday’s Atlanta stop of the Rivals 3-Stripe Camp Series presented by adidas at Alpharetta High School. With so many stars on hand there was bound to be some very impressive performances. Here’s a rundown of the day’s best offensive performers.

4* C Clay Webb
Recruiting wrap: A 2019 prospect, Webb lists early offers from Auburn, Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi State.
Performance: Webb was in the running for MVP honors until the end of the camp but came up just short as part of a wildly impressive offensive line group. He won most of the one-on-one reps he took in dominant fashion and finished blocks with anger. Webb is incredibly strong and flashed his power while driving defensive linemen into the ground.

quote:
QB Harrison Bailey
Recruiting wrap: A class-of-2020 prospect, Bailey already has an impressive offer list. Miami, Alabama, Florida, LSU and many others are all involved.
Performance: Bailey was the most consistent quarterback in a star-studded position group. Bailey, who captured MVP honors, took more reps than any of his counterparts and made a number of impressive throws, including a few fade routes that showcased both touch and arm strength. Bailey is already a recruiting commodity despite being years away from signing a letter of intent.

quote:
3* TE John FitzPatrick
Recruiting wrap: Georgia recently offered, joining UCLA, Vanderbilt and Virginia on FitzPatrick's offer list.
Performance: FitzPatrick kind of stole the show, from early in the day when he hurdled a linebacker in the cat and mouse competition to the way he was hauling in pass after pass. Defenders were holding, grabbing and tackling him to slow him down and it just didn't work.
Don't be surprised if we offer this kid soon.

quote:
3* RB Lyn-J Dixon
Recruiting wrap: Dixon has a long list of offers and he recently visited Clemson and Tennessee.
Performance: Dixon was fun to watch. This is a great setting for him to showcase his burst and quickness. His hands were on display as well, and it was tough for any linebacker to stay with him in coverage. He set defenders up well and immediately created separation.
