Myles Brennan sneaks one into Jeudy for a TD on a slant. Kary Vincent was draped all over him but it was a great pass and catch

Jeudy catches a crossing route on Vincent. Vincent still had a very good day overall.

Justin Broiles with nice coverage on Deangelo Gibbs. Unable to come up with the pck though. Hands might be his only culprit this weak.

Broiles gets the pick on the next throw against Gibbs. Kellen Mond with the throw.

Shea Dixon answered this question:

Of the 247 staff in attendance.... Who's top receiver and cover guy??

I think Jeudy is up there for me. I have liked Vincent a lot this week at CB but there are a handful of guys who have had good days. We are going to do a complete review of each position when we do the end of the week stock report.

A random note: the kids who went to IMG stand out like a sore thumb. They all look like they have already spent time in a college weight room.

Good pressure from LaBryan Ray. Kellen Mond just gets off the pass.

Seems pretty clear that the first-team OL for Team Highlight right now is Austin Deculus at LT, Trey Smith at LG, Cesar Ruiz at C, Calvin Ashley at RG and Jedrick Wills at RT.

UA practice just ended.

The recruits are going to have a media day type event this afternoon. Maybe we'll get some nuggets on Gibbs and McKinney.

TOS says Bama not feeling good about either Gibbs or McKinney at the moment. Not over, but just not thinking they are the team for either.

Kirby Smart has UGA defense lookinh like ours when he was coordinator.

Confused, slow substitutions and heavily struggling against spread offense and mobile qbs.

Thank God we have Pruitt

Todd Harris might be as good or better than both. Sort of wish we'd go after him.

The one thing L6U does really well (as much as I don't like to admit it's anything) is recruit and evaluate DBs. And an awful lot of good DBs come out of that state. I wish we would.

Always felt Jeff Thomas was too good to pass on. But the staff knows best.

They do an excellent job of marketing their program to defensive backs. It's a double edged sword. They load up on good defensive backs every year regardless of need, we load up on linemen and linebackers. You have to play the hand you're dealt sometimes though in that regard. Louisiana produces elite perimeter skill players, Alabama produces elite linebackers
