I don't follow recruiting enough to know if there are scheduled announcements tomorrow, but I'm hearing that we're going to get two in-state commits tomorrow. No idea if that's news to y'all or not.
So they announced today instead. RTR.

Wonder why lybryan Ray didn't commit with them.

That commitment video was awesome.

Now let's clean up the rest of the Top 15 in-state.

We may take four kids from Madison alone. That's crazy.

Which one of your alters did I piss off?
Also, if anyone has an issue with me, please speak up. I talk football and that's why I post here. I want to go ahead and establish who does and doesn't like my posts so we can avoid one another.

I would like to finish in-state with:
Nico Collins
LaBryan Ray
Ryan Johnson
Henry Ruggs
Monty Rice
Zech Byrd
Keep an eye on Khalil Keith and Toryque Bateman.
Who was the other Madison kid you are referencing?

Nico Collins - would love, but I don't see him coming
LaBryan Ray - favorite Alabama recruit by far
Ryan Johnson - auburn imo
Henry Ruggs - Alabama- reminds me of marquis maze
Monty Rice - do not see him coming
Zech Byrd - major Tennison. Not sure if we take another TE

The only one on that list I am not confident in is Johnson. I like Justin Thomas too. Wouldn't count out Alabama for Austin Troxell either. Depends on how the rest of the OL class shakes out.
Should be about 10-11 in-state guys in this class. That's a perfect mixture, when you're signing 25-28.

Oh yeah. We could sweep all those guys if we wanted them, except Collins. Idk what is up with him. TJ Simmons needs to get in his ear. I just don't see rice and Byrd having spots. I think Alabama has cooled on Ryan Johnson. He's pretty small for a DE

Ray
Rice
McDonald
Randolph
The first three play for James Clemens. Randolph for Bob Jones.

I still confuse where Britt and Rice play. Was thinking Rice played at Oxford.

Well, there was a caveat to my statement.

Is Madison considered an up and coming city?
James Clemens hasn't even been around for a decade and could have 3 potential SEC players on their defense alone.
Ragland played at Bob Jones too.

The Huntsville metro has exploded in population. It is the fastest growing large city in Alabama. It has a lot going for it right now.
Posted on 7/31/16 at 3:46 pm to CapstoneGrad06
Yeah I read the birmingham news recently that said at the rate Huntsville is growing it would eventually take over Birmingham as the largest city in Alabama

They can keep Madison. I'm sticking it out in the elegant city of Center Point.
