Hoping that Nigel Knott holds true to announcing tonight. Would be nice to have the momentum rolling going into Wednesday.

I didn't investigate because, well, life/job/etc, but did everyone run with the idea that his dad passed because he posted something to the effect of "dad+sad" on twitter?
Like, was that the extent of the evidence?

I think the one to keep an eye on is Jamar King. If he commits to anywhere other than Bama, I think that's good news in regards to Simmons.

May want to delete that. This place is a utopia for fringe lunatics that would gladly pose as a Bama fan on Twitter and do a lot worse than that. Don't give them any ideas

Riley Cole's father tells radio station Nick Saban wasn't reason for son's decommitment from Alabama

Cole committed to Alabama last June and took his official visit to Alabama on the weekend of Jan. 15, supposedly furthering his relationship with new defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruitt.
But after Kirby Smart and Mel Tucker - Cole's primary recruiters - left for Georgia, communication started to drop. Last Friday - just five days before National Signing Day - the grayshirt talk came up with Cole.
"Communication was the biggest problem and when Riley asked them to give an answer, they wouldn't give him a straight answer," David Cole said. "We got the impression they were wanting to wait until after National Signing Day, see who they got, and then let Riley know if they wanted to grayshirt him.
"Finally, Riley was like, you know what, it's best for me to walk away, step back a little bit and see what other opportunities I have."
