If Saban wants to keep Kiff at Bama, Saban will keep Kiff at Bama. He's still pulling bank for USCw so money isn't really a deciding factor. Even if it were, If Saban wanted to match what the 49ers offered, Bama would match. End of story.

The only draw will be being closer to Layla and their kids.

With all that said, I'm starting to warm up to this Riley Cole kid, and they need to show Hulk Jones where the salad bar line is.

I truly hate when people post like this. You don't know, you aren't there so you can't give any definitive answers about anything.

It's bad enough everyone wants to be a fake insider, we have to have some people be Nostradamus.

I agree with the sentiment, that I don't believe Kiffin will go. However, if he did... which I strongly doubt; I'm quite sure Saban will not disappoint in our next OC hire.

-CNS, Cristobal and Bo Davis will visit Rashan Gary today. BOL says he is leaning toward taking his final OV to Alabama while other schools are attempting to prevent that visit from happening.

-Kiffin and Lupoi visited Najee Harris and also Devin Asiasi to try to get him to take an OV. Said the visit was a home run.

-Nigel Warrior is a 2 team battle between Alabama and Tennessee with UGA playing catch up. Last 2 OV's set for Alabama and Tennessee the next 2 weekends.

-Alabama is in 3rd for Derrick Brown behind AU and UGA. Pruitt visiting him today.

-Charles Baldwin expected to be cleared this week and will compete for the open RT spot.

-Emmons barely missed making his ACT score and will retake next month. He can take it as many times as he wants as long as he makes the score to qualify.

Nick Saban and Kirby Smart missed bumping into each other at Houston County High School by around 30 minutes. Both head coaches were there to talk to the coach of Alabama 2017 quarterback commit Jake Fromm.

Fromm, a four-star prospect who committed to Alabama in October, isn’t permitted to talk to either head coach because he’s a junior, but from what he was told, Saban had good things to say.

“Coach Saban and I unfortunately can’t really talk right now, according to the NCAA rules,” Fromm told SEC Country. “He talked to (Houston County coach Von) Lassiter, and I heard it was a really good conversation. He was pretty much telling me that he’s really excited to have me on board. I’m just really grateful that coach stopped by.”

As far as the in-state Bulldogs go, Georgia just offered him last month, shortly after Smart was hired. His father, Emerson, graduated from Georgia, but that doesn’t matter much to him because he’s 100 percent committed to Alabama.

“It really doesn’t change a whole lot for me in my process,” Fromm said. “I love Alabama so much. I’m really pumped to enroll early there and just enjoy the rest of the recruiting process.”

Fromm said he doesn’t know what it would take for him to back off his pledge from Alabama. He also mentioned he had a list nearby of some receiver targets he’s recruiting for Alabama, and one of them was recent Georgia de-commit Devonta Smith.

The nation’s No. 8 pro-style quarterback, per the 247Sports composite, said he understands the pressure of being the quarterback of Alabama, but he’s ready.

“It’s really a great feeling to be a part of the Tide,” Fromm said. “I can’t wait to get there.”

Rusty Mansell reporting that Demetris Robertson may not make his decision until possibly 7-10 days after NSD in order to wait for SAT results. This would bring Stanford back into the picture. He is scheduled to visit Alabama this weekend. Next weekend he will visit either UGA or Georgia Tech.

Regarding Raekwon Davis, one of his teachers told me she talked to him yesterday and he said all the flipping stuff this past weekend was BS and if he is academically eligible which is a concern then he is a Bama commit come signing day.

He's unsure on being academically eligible. I don't know if that means he's got to hit the books and study or if he doesn't have enough credits or has a poor ACT score or what

Based on new info this morning, it looks like Mecole Hardman will be a much more difficult pull than has been thought. Looks UGa bound at the moment. Pruitt will have to hit a grand slam to give us a shot.

Not surprising in the least. Even after he named us his leader most didn't believe it for a second. He only lives about 45 mins away from the UGA campus and has been there countless times.

I might be in the a-hole minority, but you seem to be trying really hard to be in the know.

It's not difficult to be an insider. I did it a couple of years back on WoollyAl and ended up getting more picks right when it came to recruits over the guys who get paid to do it. All it takes is pretending like you know what you're talking about. If it doesn't pan out, you just say "things change."

It looks a lot like what you're doing. If not, cite a source instead of pretending like you just got off the phone with one.

You know it's GREAT to be a Bama fan now. Before 2007 if we had a talent like R Davis flip at the last minute or a Mecole Hardman say we led and then jump on NSD it would have killed our class. Now I am just like whatever, we will be OK. I am spoiled I guess but I love it.
