You guys are better fans than I am. If I won the power ball, I wouldn't give a damn about anything for a couple of years . Maybe I'd get bored being rich and decide to care down the road though. The first few years would be wild
I don't party or drink much so I have nothing else to do. After getting my money I'd go see a LB or two. Then some DLinemen. I'd then go to Dallas and sit down with Ferguson and Bolden for MBB. After securing them I'd go talk with a few softball players. Basically Bama would have the number 1 class in 5 sports for the next 5 years

Please tell me you'd contribute to Gaspard's buyout.

Naw I'm not new. Been here since 2011. You, however, are new. And it's embarrassingly hilarious how you act like you've got some inside scoop all the time. I even see your fellow Bama fans cringe when you do it.

I'm not trying to derail from recruiting talk. I'm only here because ironically I occasionally have some recruiting news for Alabama that I like to share.

But you say you have some info on some coaching changes that I assume will be shocking. Then just spit it out already instead of acting like you've heard from within the program what's gonna happen. When in reality you don't know shite

So you think ole miss is just "out recruiting" everybody? And just how are they doing that? With a sugar bowl trophy? And a "we beat Alabama two years in a row" mantra?

I'd rather be petty and childish than dumb and naive enough to think they just suddenly out of nowhere started out recruiting almost every other team in the country when they've never even been to Atlanta to play for an SEC championship

Is this your template reply to anyone who occasionally shares info? How am I acting like I know something that I'm not "spilling" here? Did you read my original post? Go back and read it before you hit reply again.

How many times do I have to say that I have no inside information, and that my sources are generally from Redfish, DrewD, and some of those guys.

Quit trying to be an Internet cowboy. Actually READ what's been posted before running your mouth.

MBB have lost 2 in a row.
WBB have lost 2 in a row.
The Gymnastics team lost the season opener
We need a win tomorrow to kick this losing streak

Hugh Freeze is proven to be an excellent recruiter.

Well than congratulations because you are petty and childish. If they are paying players and it's so blatant that Finkle Is Enhorn on the SEC rant knows about it, then clearly no one cares. I guess every school they are competing against just shrug their shoulders and shake their heads at those darn Ole Miss cheaters. Don't actually do anything to stop them. I don't understand why people can't seem to grasp the fact that Hugh Freeze is an elite recruiter combined with a hot school in the best conference with plenty of early playing now time. If they are paying players, maybe we should be upping our offers.

You're right. They are making a mockery of college football and every single team is just sitting there watching. If that's the case we should blame ourselves as much as them.

Well if we have proof and we don't do anything to stop it then that's on us.

In case you haven't noticed lately, the NCAA isn't going to do anything about anybody. They are as toothless as Neyland Stadium. We provided the blueprint on what NOT to do with handling the NCAA. Just cheat, and deny, deny, deny. I don't blame Ole Mi$$ one bit. This is their one chance to be relevant, and they are all in.

Wonder if anybody from the NCAA will be in Oxford those last two recruiting weekends hiding in the bushes?

I appreciate the banter about OM and won't lie the thoughts crossed my mind as well that they are using less than honest recruiting tactics but it would be great if we could keep that off a thread with great information even if it is not full of great news. Seems everyone is getting chippy with all of the recruiting disappointments.

Played ball against Nick Coe a few years back before he got all of his offers, knew he'd blow up eventually. Heard he was a better wrestler than he was football player. I believe he won a national title for wrestling.

Free Rivals' Content

quote:

The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is finished and it’s clear that there were plenty of college-ready prospects in attendance. Here is a look, including thoughts from Rivals.com Recruiting Director Mike Farrell, at just five players who could see immediate playing time once they get to college although there were many more in the game as well.

quote:

ATH Mecole Hardman Jr., Bowman (Ga.) Elbert County

Recruiting: Hardman is considering Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and others.

Overview: Hardman is a highlight-reel waiting to happen. Every time he touches the ball whether it’s at receiver or on special teams something big can happen and that’s why he should always find a way to be in the scheme. The five-star has such tremendous speed, he’s so slippery and he’s so fun to watch there’s no question he will have chances to get on the field early.

Farrell’s Take: “Wide receivers can transition easier which means he could get on the field right away. He’s a special teams guy at the very least and they can work him in the slot even if they have to run a minimal amount of routes for him early on.”
