Well to be fair, if you don't expect the best, you aren't the best.

I can agree with that.

If this is accurate he more than likely ends with us,but then its hard to predict Dad's whims. I always felt Dylan would love to play for Saban. Good news if true.

Gary's mom was concerned that the environment at Alabama was too rigid and business like. Did not seem like a fun place to play and she thought college should be enjoyed. But she was going to let Rashan make the choice. My guess is our Awbren friends filled her ears when she went there after visiting us.

They will do that at the lie eating contests as well.

Gary's mom gets a lot of pub.

That's true. It may be where she likes to ride the gravy train.

I swear I hear about her more than Rashan

Gary's mom sounds like she was grasping for straws.

Rashan doesn't like to talk to the press, obviously the Mom has no such qualms.

Florida State has two defensive tackles set to enroll in a little over a week.
Despite those two newcomers to the middle of the defensive line, FSU remains in pursuit of one of the nation's best defensive tackles - Meridian (Miss.) four-star defensive tackle Raekwon Davis.
Davis, an Alabama commitment, unofficially visited FSU at the beginning of the 2015 football season.
FSU recruiting coordinator Tim Brewster, who handles prospects in Mississippi, has remained involved with Davis' throughout the past several months. He visited him during the recent contact period.
Now FSU hopes to get Davis back at FSU for an official visit. Davis confirmed to Noles247.com on Saturday that he does still intend to officially visit FSU in January, but has yet to set a date.
Other schools in the running with the Crimson Tide pledge include Mississippi State and Ole Miss.
It should also be noted that the 6-foot-7, 315-pound defensive lineman may end up being a sign-and-place at the end of his high school career.
The 247Sports.com Composite ranks Davis as the No. 87 prospect in the nation and No. 12 defensive tackle.

If you haven't watched them yet, I highly recommend sitting down for about 10 minutes and watching our newest commitment's highlights. Hudl doesn't have a consolidated Junior video for him yet, but you can watch his individual game highlights in the link below. He's a fricking beast.

With National Signing Day just around the corner, all eyes will be on high school all-star games over the next couple of weeks.
Not many Texas targets are expected to announce, but a few surprises could be in store. After all, recruiting is downright wacky.
Here is a full breakdown of Texas recruits participating in all-star games next month.

Under Armour All-America Game (Jan. 2, 12 p.m. on ESPN)
DT Kendell Jones, Killeen Shoemaker — Jones visited Texas an eye-popping 13 times before making a verbal commitment to Alabama. “The Hulk” is planning on making a return trip to Texas next month for an official visit and could consider staying closer to home.
ILB Dontavious Jackson, Alief Elsik — One of Texas’ top overall targets, Jackson was once considered a Longhorns lean. While UT might still be the team to beat, schools like Michigan and Alabama are making a strong push.
CB Kristian Fulton, Rummel (La.) — Fulton was expected to make an official visit to Texas a couple of weeks ago but ended up canceling. It is unclear if Fulton plans to reschedule. He is a long shot for the Longhorns.

Elite Junior Rosters
I can't see the site on my work computer so I don't know if Sterling is in the game or not.

The 3rd year of the Elite Junior Classic will take place this week at McEachern High School with the game being played on Tuesday December 29th.
Roughly 80 or so players are set to report on Sunday and will go through two-a-day practices before the game.
Here is a quick breakdown of some names to know going into the first practices.
American Team
Head Coach- Kyle Hockman (McEachern)
Headliners
Bailey Hockman -2017 QB from McEachern that just recently decommitted from Georgia should shine in a short week to prep in a familiar offense under his father. North Carolina is the team to watch around the 4-Star QB prospect according to most familiar with his recruitment.
Leonard Warner -2017 DE/OLB from Brookwood is as athletic as it comes in a 6-foot-4 frame. Georgia, Alabama, Auburn and Clemson are thought to be early leaders on this Top247 player.
Sleepers
Kemari Averett -2017 TE from Grady will be easy to spot in a 6-foot-7 frame. Not a household name yet, but many believe this is the week his recruiting picks up. Not many his size around the country that run and play in space.
Caleb Huntley -2017 RB from Locust Grove is a prospect that first caught our eye back last summer at UGA 7 on 7 camps. He has the size in a 6-foot, 200 pound frame. There will be a lot of eyes on him during the practices this week.
National Team
Head Coach- Andy Dyer (Archer)
Headliners
Aubrey Solomon –. 6-foot-3, 305 pound DT from Lee County has steadily seen his recruiting pick up after a big MVP Camp performance last February in Valdosta. Since then he has picked up offers from Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State and others. He will be tough to deal with in this setting.
LeAnthony Williams Jr. –A Top247 CB from Roswell has drawn a lot of interest with his size in a 6-foot frame. Auburn is considered the team to beat early on in his recruitment.
Sleepers
Chris Dublin –RB/DB from Model, does not get the pub as others, but he can play and flashes on tape when you watch him. There is some buzz around his recruiting picking up among the Elite Junior Staff going into this week.
Caleb Chandler -2017 OL from Jefferson has the size in a 6-foot-5, 285 pound frame. Several schools that faced Jefferson raved about Chandler and his size. Not many as big as him in this class.
You can find complete rosters and information on the game on the link below.
