Reading Mecole's twitter, it sounds like he was originally planning on silently committing, but decided against it and will now wait until NSD.
I don't know why you have to have an announcement that you aren't going to silently commit. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Mack Wilson's teammate, Antonio Nelson, commits to UF. Looks like UF is willing to go the Clemson/Nkemdiche route to get Mack Wilson.

Mack Wilson is being pro UF on his twitter right now. He posted a picture of him with gator gloves on that say "wait on me" after his buddy committed to UF.

I do wonder if uncertainty with Mack is why we keep pursuing Dontavious Jackson. Of course, that could also be due to uncertainty with Yulee's academics.

Looking at this kids ranking and I'm like, wow. It is far to early in Mac's tenure to start burning scholarships in hopes of landing bigger fish. He needs to be looking to add much needed depth on defense, not burning two scholarships on 1 player.
