Which one is that? I can't see them all.

I saved my gif folder and brought it over here so I could use them, but some formats aren't viewable over here.

Mind doing me a favor and converting it to an imgur file?

I have a little bit of time to screw around on imgur. Do you have any specifics that you want me to convert for you?

I'll probably go to sleep within the hour if insomnia doesn't hit.

"I started to think about the possibility of playing positions other than a 4-3 defensive end," he said. "I like how Alabama sees me as a 3-4 outside linebacker who can still play some defensive end. It also gives me an opportunity to drop back in pass coverage and show off my athleticism. That versatility is attractive to NFL teams."

"I grew up a fan of Florida. They told me they've liked me for a long time, and now that I'm decommitted, that's a school I think will really recruit me hard," Hall said. "I would highly consider taking an official visit there."

Ole Miss, LSU, Georgia, Texas A&M and UCLA are other programs he mentioned as potential destinations on his official visit itinerary. Alabama is "definitely" on that list.

Lots of CB predictions for Alabama rolling in for Terrell Hall.

From our good friend ApeDeuce over on TSWSNBN:

quote:

BOL says that there were some Christian Miller and Da'Shawn Hand comparisons flowing from the staff following his (Terrell's) camp performance.

Both Miller and Hand were 5-stars by the end of their Senior seasons. If the staff feels Hall is a similar talent...

The Curtis commitment could be a sign of no confidence in reeling in Savannah’s Demetris Roberston.

So you're saying all we have to do is hold off Stanford?

frick. They already kicked our arse in the Kaden Smith recruitment.

Disclaimer, this is not a rehash of nuggets or things that have already been on this board. It may sound like it on some things, because our staff does a great job of telling us everything, so when a player talks about players, there isn't a lot of new stuff to report. He is seeing the same stuff the staff is hearing. Just nice to get a players point of view, without the filter of the media. Hope ya'll enjoyed it

Of course he ends it all with the obligatory "insider" "I'm full of shite" statement.

Free Content from the Clarion Ledger

quote:

The Crimson Tide holds claim to the top two 2017 prospects in Mississippi.

Four-star Clinton athlete Cam Akers, the No. 1 junior in the state, committed to Alabama during a visit on Tuesday. He joins Morton four-star wide receiver D.D. Bowie as the second Mississippian in the Crimson Tide's 2017 recruiting class.

Akers traveled with his family to Tuscaloosa to meet with Nick Saban and his staff. The 6-foot, 205-pounder already had his mind made up prior to leaving Clinton.

"We talked about it and decided it was the best option," Akers said. "That was really my purpose of coming up here."

Alabama offered Akers back in April. Last month, the Clinton athlete picked up his dream offer from LSU.

The months between offers paid dividends for the Crimson Tide.

"With Alabama, I have great relationships with the coaches. LSU, me and (running backs coach) Frank Wilson have talked, too, but I have a lot better relationship with the coaches at Alabama than I do at LSU," he said. "That's a key factor for me."

Akers chose the Crimson Tide over offers from Ole Miss, Mississippi State, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee and more. He is ranked as fifth best running back in the country according to 247Sports.

As a sophomore, the Clinton do-it-all athlete racked up 2,693 total yards of offense, threw 20 touchdowns and ran in 17 scores. He's been the Arrows quarterback since his freshman year, but his versatility allows him to also play running back, slot receiver and even some linebacker.

There's been some debate about where Akers fits at the next level. Georgia Tech, who runs the triple option, wants Akers at quarterback. Louisville wants to mold him into a slot receiver or strong safety. Alabama, like most others, see him at running back.

That factor coupled with the opportunity to be part of a program that has won multiple national championships was too much to pass up.

"They're just a winning school," he said. "They produce young men, athletes and turn them into successful men. Even if you don't go to the league, you're going to be successful in whatever you do."

The Arrows began fall camp on Monday. When Akers returns, his attention goes back to helping his team game plan for its season opener against reigning Class 6A champion South Panola.

The athlete says he still plans to take visits, look at other schools and take his time with the recruiting process. But at the moment, Akers has his spot on one of the winningest programs in college football history.

"I know other schools are going to come after me," he said. "I probably won't decommit but it's available if I have to. As of right now, I know where I'm going."

Akers is the sixth commitment for the Crimson Tide in 2017. Alabama has the No.1 recruiting class in the country and is ranked No. 3 nationally by 247Sports.

This is going to be a hell of a game. It's too bad I won't be able to watch it.

But I will be able to listen to it through my Slacker Radio app on my phone.
