The SEC's 14 Sports Information Directors voted in the AL.com/Birmingham News' 68th annual Spring SEC Football Report, which was released on Sunday, and Alabama was the slight favorite over Auburn to win the SEC.
The Crimson Tide got eight votes to Auburn's six to win the SEC and were selected five to two to win the SEC West. South Carolina got five votes to Georgia's two to win the SEC East.
Alabama also put six on the six on the All-SEC team. Wide receiver Amari Cooper, tight end O.J. Howard, linebacker Trey DePriest and safety Landon Collins made the first team, while running back T.J. Yeldon and defensive lineman A'Shawn Robinson were named to the second team.

We are hosting a JUCO corner this week. He's originally from Tennessee.

Former LSU player and current East Mississippi C.C. cornerback Jeryl Brazil visited Alabama on Sunday, per his Twitter. Brazil, who was arguably the fastest prospect in the nation in the 2013 cycle was dismissed from LSU in December following multiple run-ins with the law. Alabama recruited Brazil out of high school and was one of the runners up to the Tigers, so there is some familiarity between he and the Tide staff. The Tide also have a track record at East Mississppi, signing D.J. Pettway and Jarran Reed from the junior college in the 2014 cycle.
Here is Brazil's 247 profile coming out of high school (2013):

He was ranked as the #123 player overall in the Composite rankings.

Like the size, will have to watch his highlights.
Not sure I see a JUCO Corner coming in and starting. I can only hope that TB will be a starter this year, which would put him as a starter in 2015. Eddie Jackson should be back by then, and even if he doesn't start, we've got Hump.
Of course depth is never a bad thing.
Of course the above is only if we offer and he has interest.

Was expecting us to sign a JUCO corner each of the last 2 classes. Don't view it as a need in the current class

Alabama had the luxury of redshirting Robert Foster last season.
Not many schools could afford to do that with the No. 2 wide receiver recruit in the country—especially when the only guy ahead of him was Laquon Treadwell, who starred in his first year at Ole Miss.
But even though the depth chart is still loaded on the outside in Tuscaloosa, Foster is too good not to make an impact for another season. He is 6'2", explosive and capable of coming down with all sorts of back-shoulder throws, and he looked good in the A-Day exhibition.
"[Foster] hit the ground running," said B/R's Michael Felder in the video above. "He looked like a monster out there on the edge...As they expand the playbook, he's gonna make plays all over the field."
And the rich just keep getting richer.
I can't wait to see what this kid can do.

Trey's post a few pages back where he mentioned Kiffin talking to the REC he said he's never had a better duo than Cooper and Foster. Hope that translates to them both being on the field at the same time. I like White and Jones, but Foster has so much more potential.

i agree. Foster >> White, Jones
i think a better question will be which R.Foster is more productive for us.

Foster is better in Talent, but never underestimate experience in which White and Jones have plenty of

Alabama has offered UNC commit Ronnie Harrison per the UNC commit's Twitter. The Tallahassee (Fla.) Florida State University School safety is currently camping at Alabama. Harrison also holds offers from the likes of LSU, Kentucky, Louisville, and Michigan State. The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder has one flip pick on his Crystal Ball in favor of LSU.
Harrison holds a 3-star grade of 89 from 247Sports.

I just want to remind everyone that rashaan Evans was 98 percent auburn. Don't get your hopes up with crystal balls.

The difference is that's the only one Bama have. Tennessee and Ohio State got about 95 percent of those picks.
